TrackTab (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use TrackTab (“the App”) and related services.

By using TrackTab, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

Google Sign-In: We use Google Sign-In for user authentication, order info exptraction and account creation. We only access your basic profile information (name, email address) to create and manage your account.
Order Details: You may manually enter order information for your own tracking purposes.
Feedback and Support Requests: You may provide information when contacting support.

B. Permissions

Image Access: When creating an order, you may choose to upload an image. The App requests permission to access your device storage or camera for this purpose. Denying this permission will not affect your use of other features of the App.
Email Info: To automatically fetch your online orders & subscriptions

C. Only Gmail Third-Party Integrations

TrackTab does not collect or access data from third-party services such as Netflix, Amazon, Flipkart, except Gmail inbox.

D. Third-Party Services We Use

TrackTab may use trusted third-party services such as Supabase, Google Analytics, or Crashlytics for purposes including authentication, analytics, app performance monitoring, and bug reporting. These services may collect anonymized technical data (such as device type, app version, or crash reports) to help us improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.
To organize and display your order information that you manually add & that we automatically fetch
To provide support and respond to your feedback.
To improve the App’s functionality and user experience.
To send essential account-related communications, updates, or service notifications. (You may not opt out of these as they are necessary for using the App.)

3. Data Protection & Security

Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
All communications between the App and our servers use HTTPS.
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
Data may be stored on servers located in India or abroad. Regardless of location, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers within 14 days.
Support and feedback communications may be retained for up to 90 days for quality and resolution purposes.

5. User Rights & Account Deletion

You may access your data at any time within the app.
You may delete your account and all associated data using the delete account option in the app. If you do so, all your information will be permanently removed from our servers within 14 days.
International users acknowledge that data may be transferred and processed outside their country of residence while ensuring adequate protection.

6. Children’s Privacy

TrackTab is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe such data has been provided to us, contact us for removal.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App and/or by email. Continued use of TrackTab means you accept updated policies.

8. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
